Program Foundations 2: Advanced Strategies for Program Improvement on October 9th and 10th, 2024 from 9 am – 4:30 pm PST
About the Training:

This two-day intensive session is designed to equip county and tribal grantees leading CDSS Housing & Homelessness Division-funded programs with essential tools for sustainable program improvement. Through interactive workshops and expert-led sessions, participants will deepen their understanding of strategic and practical aspects of program enhancement, focusing on data-driven improvement and increasing equity in program outcomes.

This training emphasizes peer-to-peer learning, with attendees expected to actively engage in discussions and problem-solving, preferably on camera.
Eligible Attendees:
​
Leaders from CDSS Housing & Homelessness Division-funded programs, including HDAP, Home Safe, CalWORKs Housing Support Program, and Bringing Families Home. A working knowledge of topics covered in Program Foundations I is recommended, including creating program budgets, policies and procedures, and compliance and monitoring strategies (see a full list here)

This event has limited seating. To ensure diverse representation, we request that individual programs send no more than two attendees. Additional opportunities will be available in the coming months.

Participants will engage in small-group workshops and engage in strategic problem solving using real-world case studies, guided by Change Well Project consultants. Prepare to actively participate and collaborate.
