Program Foundations 2:
Advanced Strategies for Program Improvement on Tuesday,
April, 1, 8, 15, 29, 2025 from
9 am – 12:30 pm PST
With so much change in the funding landscape, we know that navigating programs and priorities can feel challenging; we are here to equip you with strategies and support to help you adapt and move forward effectively. This four-session intensive learning opportunity will equip county and tribal grantees leading CDSS Housing & Homelessness Division-funded rehousing programs with the tools and knowledge to sustainability improve their programs during times of change. Through in-depth training and highly interactive, small-group workshops, participants will deepen their understanding of the strategic and practical aspects of program management- and sharpen their ability to refine program operations to better meet evolving community needs.
This training emphasizes peer-to-peer learning, with attendees expected to actively engage in discussions and problem-solving, preferably on camera.
