Join us for the Sacramento & Sierra Region Housing and Homelessness Regional Community of Practice In-Person Convening, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) training, and post-convening virtual meetings! The in-person regional gathering is your opportunity to connect with system leaders, service providers and industry experts in the housing and homelessness sectors.  

Participants will build on the progress made during the pre- virtual meetings, (+ CQI) and collaborate with regional peers to create more effective, unified solutions for addressing homelessness and housing instability, with the goal of improving positive program outcomes and reducing homelessness.

During the post-convening virtual meetings, Counties and Tribes will continue their collaborative work to enhance regional housing outcomes for CDSS participants. This series of virtual meetings will provide a platform for participants to refine goals set during the in-person convening, develop work plans, share strategies, and strengthen partnerships to ensure sustained progress toward improving housing stability.
