Peggy Edwards
Senior Consultant
Peggy Edwards brings more than three decades of experience working with government agencies, non-profits, and private industry to change systems and processes to better serve stakeholders, whether they be investors, staff, or the communities that receive and pay for public services. For the past fifteen years, Peggy has focused on the areas of homelessness and community reentry from incarceration as a founder and Executive Director of both United Homeless Healthcare Partners and the Los Angeles Regional Reentry Partnership. As a consultant and facilitator in areas of systems change, strategic planning, community and employee engagement, training, and leadership development, Peggy is passionate about implementing training and tools that allow stakeholders to navigate their own system change efforts by developing the process skills that lead to success. Peggy holds a master’s in public administration from the California State University’s Chancellor’s Office, has been recognized with numerous prominent community service awards, and was named as “Woman of the Year” in the 5th District of Los Angeles County in 2019.
