Amber Roth

For the past 23 years, Amber Roth, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has devoted her career to serving difficult-to-reach populations and underserved communities. Amber has led critical initiatives and developed programs that drive systems change by increasing access to housing, healthcare, and employment for vulnerable individuals and families. She brings over 18 years of nonprofit leadership experience, having led teams to develop and implement innovative services and training programs in homeless services and workforce development. Amber also has extensive knowledge and experience in clinical interventions, program development, organizational assessment, cultural transformation, change management, strategic planning, capacity building, and leadership development. She is passionate about creating service delivery systems and workforce development strategies that build connections, improve lives, and support healthy communities.
