Understanding and Strengthening the Ecosystem

of Housing and Homelessness Services:

A Comprehensive Learning Cohort for Program Leaders

Program Leaders—including program managers and analysts

responsible for designing and/or administering housing programs—

play a critical role in meeting the needs of those experiencing

homelessness. The Change Well Project is excited to offer this comprehensive training designed to provide Program Leaders

with in-depth support tailored specifically to their work.

 

This intensive learning experience includes a series of

courses to deepen our understanding of the homeless systems

of care, the larger system dynamics, and the latest

innovations—as well as review fundamentals and core

concepts of each CDSS-funded program and effective practices.
