Housing Case Management

Housing Case Managers are at the very center of our homelessness response systems. They play a critical role working directly in the community in meeting the needs of people experiencing homelessness. 

 

Change Well Project is excited to offer a comprehensive blended learning opportunity designed to provide Housing-Focused Case Managers with in-depth training tailored specifically to the core competencies and skills needed for their work.
