Join the Change Well Project for an interactive learning session on bringing racial equity to the forefront of our work to address homelessness. It is undeniable that People of Color are overrepresented in our statewide homelessness system and addressing racial disparities is a part of the overall strategy to reduce homelessness. This workshop is part one of our racial equity series and will be led by our partners at Decolonize Design, a global consultancy leading a movement to create a more just and joyful world.

Through this 2-hour session we will:  EXPOSE: the shortcomings of the status quo and its toxic impact on marginalized people.  EXPLORE: the impetus and design of prevalent approaches to D&I through a critical and empathetic lens. EVOLVE: our collective understanding through belonging, dignity, justice and joy.

Sessions: Two sessions will be offered to accommodate everyone (maximum capacity 75 people) and still maintain an intimate group.
