Design for Scale Part I: Systems Leaders Track | Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool

The Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (Flex Pool) is a nationally recognized model for scaling supportive housing that helps thousands of people exit homelessness and institutionalization each year. Over the past eight years, over 10,000 households, mostly with long histories of homelessness, successfully accessed and sustained housing through Flex Pool models across California. Change Well Project, in partnership with CDSS, has developed the Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool Guide to help funders, with an emphasis on government agencies, in their work to scale support housing.  Change Well Project will host a webinar on February 15th from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. to present the key takeaways from the Guide. At the webinar, attendees will have an opportunity to engage in discussion with the authors of Guide as well as hear about successes and learnings from the launch of the San Diego Flex Pool.
