Housing Case Management: Building Essential Skills & Practices

Housing Case Managers are at the very center of our homelessness response systems. They play a critical role working directly in the community in meeting the needs of people experiencing homelessness. Change Well Project is excited to offer a comprehensive blended learning opportunity designed to provide Housing-Focused Case Managers and other direct service staff with in-depth training tailored specifically to the core competencies and skills needed for their work.

This blended learning experience includes a series of self-paced courses combined with live “Putting Knowledge into Practice” sessions with instructors that will deepen understanding of the core responsibilities and essential skills of housing case managers. You will be introduced to effective practices in this area of work and learn about homeless response systems, structures, and strategies.
