A Comprehensive Learning Cohort for Program Leaders

Understanding and Strengthening the Ecosystem of Housing and Homelessness Services: A Comprehensive Learning Cohort for Program Leaders—including program managers and analysts responsible for designing and/or administering housing programs—play a critical role in meeting the needs of those experiencing homelessness. The Change Well Project is excited to launch a comprehensive learning cohort designed to provide Program Leaders with in-depth support and training tailored specifically to their work.

This intensive learning experience includes a series of courses to deepen our understanding of the homeless systems of care, the larger system dynamics, and the latest innovations—as well as review fundamentals and core concepts of each CDSS-funded program and effective practices.

NOTE: This curriculum is designed for CDSS-funded program managers and analysts that are responsible for designing and/or administering HDAP, BFH, CalWorks HSP, PRK, and Home Safe programs.

Convenient Self-Paced, Online Format 

This is a self-paced learning program via the Change Well Projects Digital Learning Platform—coupled with virtual office hours sessions following each core learning module to ask questions, share promising practices, access tools and resources, and more.
